Iterating is critical, it's often forgotten about in a delivery focused environment. During the expansion of our European business, it was important to offer reassurance to new users, however we truly realized our potential through careful iteration, we decided to increase our reach by developing a reassurance piece that could be seen by a maximum of users.
The reassurance footer is visible on all steps of the EU booking flow -except checkout-, for both mWeb & dWeb.The key here was smart design and targeting, I tested different layouts, messagings, and customized the solution for each of our core market (France, Italy and REO -Rest of Europe-).
Following this work, our different targeted reassurance messaging brought huge wins:

Banked 135% of the yearly revenue targets for the EU teams, 1 month after the beginning of the 1st quarter, bringing the EU-wide compact results to 914% of our objectives.
